Method
- 1Ensure donut is freshly fried and cooled to room temperature.
- 2Using a piping bag, inject vanilla custard into the centre of the donut.
- 3Do not over-fill — custard should not leak from the sides.
- 4Dust generously with icing sugar using a sieve — even coverage.
- 5Serve immediately in paper bag or on a tray.
