Method
  1. 1Ensure donut is freshly fried and cooled to room temperature.
  2. 2Using a piping bag, inject vanilla custard into the centre of the donut.

  4. 4Dust generously with icing sugar using a sieve — even coverage.
  5. 5Serve immediately in paper bag or on a tray.
