Method
- 1Add 280 mL milk to blender first.
- 2Add 2 scoops mixed berry sorbet + 1 packet berry frozen pulp.
- 3Blitz on button 4.
- 4Pour into 6oz cup.
- 5BOBA straw stands in the centre — it's very thick.
Quality Check
- Shake pours slowly — very thick, not runny
- BOBA straw stands upright unaided
- Bright berry colour — deep purple/red, not washed out
- Served immediately
