Method
- 1Add 280 mL milk to blender first.
- 2Add 2 scoops passionfruit ice cream + 1 packet passionfruit frozen pulp.
- 3Blitz on button 4.
- 4Pour into 6oz cup.
- 5BOBA straw stands in the centre — it's very thick.
Quality Check
- Shake pours slowly — it should be very thick, not runny
- BOBA straw stands upright unaided — if it falls, too thin
- Passionfruit flavour strong and bright — not watered down
- Served immediately — do not let it sit and separate
Thick Shake Standards
Always milk in blender first — protects the blades
Blitz on button 4 only — other settings give wrong texture
BOBA straw only — standard straws will not work
